My 1974 Kawasaki H2 was bought in 2012 and subsequently modified with a road
racing theme by Lossa Engineering of Signal Hill. The bike is finished in
Kawasaki Green with a white racing stripe and is powered by a replacement 748cc
two-stroke triple paired with a five-speed transmission. Features include a
half-bubble fairing and windscreen, a cafe-style solo seat and tail section,
Kawasaki alloy wheels, and a ceramic-coated exhaust system. Additional
modifications include first-oversize Wossner pistons, polished ports, dual front
disc brakes, and more.
Kawasaki KZ cast alloy wheels measuring 19? up front and 18? out back are
finished in black with silver accents and wear Kenda Challenger tires.
Suspension consists of an air-assist telescopic fork as well as dual Hagon
shocks mounted to the swingarm. Braking is supplied by Kawasaki KZ dual discs
with drilled rotors up front along with a single disc at the rear. An adjustable
steering damper is mounted between the lower triple clamp and the frame.
